Booking Confirmation Policy

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all reservations. Should payment not be received within 48 hours, we will assume that you no longer wish to stay at Four Palms, this will result in your reservation being deemed null and void and open for other/online bookings. The accommodation balance needs to be paid on arrival. For one night bookings, we require the full amount (100% payment) as a deposit.

All credit cards used for payments, need to be presented on arrival.
Guests must provide us with an ID/passport or driver’s license on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations cancelled within 21 days of arrival will automatically forfeit the 50% deposit.
Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount.

Check-in time:  14h00 – 22h00
Check out time:  10h00
Special arrangements need to be made for late arrivals, after 22h00
Breakfast to be served from 07h00 – 09h30, please arrange on arrival if an earlier breakfast is required.
